Lesson 1

This lesson was conducted for a class of around 5-6 students basically my colleagues combining all the teaching skills.
Here we have to teach for around 25 minutes.
Necessary groups are created as and when required.

UNIT: Is Matter Around Us Pure?
TOPIC: Types Of Mixtures
STD: IX

This lesson includes activities to understand one type of mixtures i.e. homogeneous mixtures.
It explains that homogeneous mixtures are formed by combination of different substances present in either solid, liquid or gaseous state.

Lesson 2

UNIT: Getting To Know Plants
TOPIC: Types Of  Roots
STD:VI

This lesson is based on explaining types of roots i.e. tap root and fibrous root on the basis of knowledge of venation of leaves.
There were various activities conducted during which the students can easily relate venation of leaves and types of roots and also how by knowing the venation they can predict the type of root it has.
